Sunday in Shimogo

Today has been a pretty lazy day although we have managed to do a few things in and out of the house. I woke up fairly late today (as usual) and then we drove to an onsen (a Japanese hot spring) for a bath in a town called Tadami. I took the digital camera with me in the hope that I might be able to transfer a picture onto this blog. It seems that I have been successful!!!!

Clara spent the afternoon on the computer looking at the CBBC website. She learns so much English from these kinds of websites and manages to have fun at the same time.

Another technology boundary that we have broken through is video telephone calls to Scotland. We're registered with AIM Messenger and this lets us see and talk to my parents in Scotland - for NO COST whatsoever. Isn't technology a wonderful thing!!!!!
